Verify the address.
Please fill in the recipient's name, phone number, full address, district, and if applicable, building, floor, and apartment information completely. Incomplete addresses are the most common reason for delays in same-day delivery.
Set the time.
Choose one of the 10:00–16:00 or 16:00–20:00 time slots offered by the system for address and date; future deliveries can also be scheduled from the same screen.

- Flower type and cultivar: peony, tulip, Anastasia chrysanthemum or imported rose, more expensive than seasonal flowers.
- Number of stems and branches: Costs increase linearly for bouquets of 25, 41, 51, and 101 stems.

Fresh flowers: How can the flowers you send last longer?
Fresh flowers are those that have maintained their cold chain and water balance after cutting. The flowers used in the Ribbon Flowers workshop are renewed daily or weekly from both domestic and imported sources. The most important factor determining the vase life is the first 24 hours after delivery.
- Freshen the water in your vase daily ; cloudy water indicates bacteria.
- Do not crush the stems; cut 1-2 cm off at a 45-degree angle with a sharp knife.
- Remove any leaves that are below the water level.
- Keep away from direct sunlight, heaters, and air conditioning currents.
- Don't place it next to the fruit bowl; ripening fruit releases ethylene.
Visual differences in natural products.
Due to the season, level of bloom, and stem structure, no two flowers are perfect replicas. Any necessary changes to the flower, color, or vase will preserve the overall character and value of the design; the customer will be informed.
Cancellation and modification request
Since flowers are perishable products, they are an exception to the general right of withdrawal under Law No. 6502. Orders cancelled before delivery are eligible for a full refund; the refund process begins within 14 days of receiving the request and is usually reflected in the account within 7-10 days, depending on interbank processing times.

Is it possible to add a personalized card note to a flower order?
Yes. In the penultimate step of the ordering process, you can write your own message or choose one of the ready-made card notes. It is recommended that you check the note for spelling and recipient name accuracy before payment.
What payment methods are available for flower orders?
Payment options include card, bank transfer/EFT, and Garanti PAY; installments are available for all credit cards. For bank transfers/EFT, please select one of the following accounts during the ordering process: Garanti Bank, Akbank, or Vakıfbank. Card information is not stored by Ribbon Flowers, and the product will not be prepared until the order amount is confirmed.
Can flower orders be cancelled or refunded?
