What is a wreath, and which model is chosen for which ceremony?
A wreath is a large arrangement of one or more types of flowers on a wrought-iron stand. Heart-shaped wreaths convey messages of love and celebration at weddings and special occasions; oval and round forms are preferred for opening ceremonies; and simple white wreaths are chosen for condolences. Since wreaths are usually placed at the entrance of the ceremony area or venue, it's important to plan the delivery time well in advance of the event. - The wreath is a large-scale design; the address and time of the ceremony should be written in the order notes.
- If the recipient is not found at the address, the recipient is contacted first, then the sender.

Ribbon Flowers was founded in 2014 by Buse Üçer in Reşitpaşa as a weekly flower delivery service; today, together with Ömer Üçer, it operates from its workshop in Etiler Bebeköy, serving all of Istanbul with its own courier team. Co-founder Buse Üçer was selected for the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women EMEIA program in 2023. This guide is based on the workshop's twelve years of ordering experience and the brand's published ordering policies; stock and product information is updated regularly.
Flowers are natural products; even within the same design, there may be slight variations in tone, stem, and level of openness. Vases, pots, or packaging may vary depending on stock availability; the orderer will be informed in advance of any possible changes. The current product description, delivery screen, and order confirmation are the primary sources for making a purchase decision.

In what situations are wreaths sent?

When should the wreath be delivered?
Since the wreath will be placed at the ceremony site, it is recommended to schedule the delivery before the ceremony; the address and ceremony time should be written in the order notes.
Can a message be added to the wreath?
You can use the order notes section to specify the card or banner message to be added to the wreath, or contact us via WhatsApp for any special requests.
Will my wreath order be delivered to Istanbul the same day?
Same-day delivery is available to all 39 districts of Istanbul, provided there is sufficient stock and courier capacity. Orders placed before 16:00 for Beşiktaş, Şişli, Sarıyer, Beyoğlu, and Kağıthane, and before 14:00 for the other 34 districts can be delivered the same day; delivery times can be selected as 10:00-16:00 or 16:00-20:00.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Flowers are perishable and therefore an exception to the general right of withdrawal. You must submit your cancellation or change request via WhatsApp, phone, or email before your order is prepared and before delivery. Refunds will be credited to your account within 7-10 days, depending on interbank processing times; details can be found in the Frequently Asked Questions and Distance Selling Agreement .
