Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions About 8-Stemmed Orchids
Here you can find brief answers regarding selection, usage, and delivery.
Who is an 8-stemmed orchid suitable for?
Corporate greetings, store and office entrance gifts, and prestigious presents are all elegant choices that complement any space.
How to move an 8-stemmed orchid?
Large orchids with multiple stems are transported upright and secured by our own courier team; it is recommended that the placement area be ready at the delivery address.
What should be done after orchid flowers have fallen off?
When the flowers fall off, the plant doesn't die. If you cut the dried stem just above the second node from the bottom and continue caring for it, the orchid may bloom again within a few months.
Will my order of an 8-stemmed orchid be delivered to Istanbul the same day?
Same-day delivery is available to all 39 districts of Istanbul, provided there is sufficient stock and courier capacity. Orders placed before 16:00 for Beşiktaş, Şişli, Sarıyer, Beyoğlu, and Kağıthane, and before 14:00 for the other 34 districts can be delivered the same day; delivery times can be selected as 10:00-16:00 or 16:00-20:00.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Flowers are perishable and therefore an exception to the general right of withdrawal. You must submit your cancellation or change request via WhatsApp, phone, or email before your order is prepared and before delivery. Refunds will be credited to your account within 7-10 days, depending on interbank processing times; details can be found in the Frequently Asked Questions and Distance Selling Agreement .
