How do the Grand and Royal Deluxe designs differ?
The Grand Luxury Collection features the largest designs in the collection in terms of flower count and presentation scale: bouquets of 30-101 peonies, arrangements of 100 or more roses, bouquets of 151 tulips, and special panoramic vases. These designs are preferred for memorable moments such as anniversaries, marriage proposals, engagements, and corporate congratulations. For designs with a predominance of peonies, seasonal availability (April-June natural season) may affect stock availability. You can also view similar large-scale designs on our deluxe designs page.

Grand Luxury Collection with Ribbon Flowers
Ribbon Flowers was founded in 2014 by Buse Üçer in Reşitpaşa as a weekly flower delivery service; today, together with Ömer Üçer, it operates from its workshop in Etiler Bebeköy, serving all of Istanbul with its own courier team. Co-founder Buse Üçer was selected for the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women EMEIA program in 2023. This guide is based on the workshop's twelve years of ordering experience and the brand's published ordering policies; stock and product information is updated regularly.
Flowers are natural products; even within the same design, there may be slight variations in tone, stem, and level of openness. Vases, pots, or packaging may vary depending on stock availability; the orderer will be informed in advance of any possible changes. The current product description, delivery screen, and order confirmation are the primary sources for making a purchase decision.

What is Grand Luxury Collection?
Ribbon Flowers' Grand Deluxe and Royal Deluxe designs come together in a luxurious selection prepared for special occasions.
Are the large peony designs available year-round?
The natural season for peonies is April-June; outside of the season, they are imported. For large quantities of peony designs, it is recommended to contact us in advance to confirm stock availability.
What is the difference between Grand Deluxe and Royal Deluxe?
Both series refer to large-scale designs; Royal Deluxe is the top-of-the-line series, usually prepared with a higher number of flowers and a more elaborate presentation.
Will my Grand Luxury Collection order be delivered to Istanbul the same day?
Same-day delivery is available to all 39 districts of Istanbul, provided there is sufficient stock and courier capacity. Orders placed before 16:00 for Beşiktaş, Şişli, Sarıyer, Beyoğlu, and Kağıthane, and before 14:00 for the other 34 districts can be delivered the same day; delivery times can be selected as 10:00-16:00 or 16:00-20:00.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Flowers are perishable and therefore an exception to the general right of withdrawal. You must submit your cancellation or change request via WhatsApp, phone, or email before your order is prepared and before delivery. Refunds will be credited to your account within 7-10 days, depending on interbank processing times; details can be found in the Frequently Asked Questions and Distance Selling Agreement .
