Ordering flowers at Ribbon Flowers is completed in three steps; below are tips to help you make your decision at each step.
Choose the type of flower and the presentation style.
If a specific type is known, go with that category; if not, a mixed bouquet is a safe choice. Choose between bouquets, vase arrangements, and boxed flowers according to the recipient's lifestyle.
Enter the address and delivery time.
Enter the home, office, or school address, the recipient's name, and a reachable phone number; select the appropriate time range for your area.
Add the card note and check the summary.
Send a short message; check the product and delivery summary one last time before making payment.

Same-day delivery depends on product availability and the courier's capacity for that day. Ribbon Flowers does not use standard shipping; orders are delivered by its own courier team.

Things to note during delivery
- If you are looking for a specific type of flower, ordering directly from that category increases your chances of finding it in stock.
- For large quantities or custom designs, it is recommended to call in advance to confirm stock availability.
- If the recipient is not found at the address, the recipient is contacted first, then the sender; the package is left with instructions or postponed to a later date.
- Card notes must be added during the ordering process; notes cannot be added after delivery.

Ribbon Flowers was founded in 2014 by Buse Üçer in Reşitpaşa as a weekly flower delivery service; today, together with Ömer Üçer, it operates from its workshop in Etiler Bebeköy, serving all of Istanbul with its own courier team. Co-founder Buse Üçer was selected for the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women EMEIA program in 2023. This guide is based on the workshop's twelve years of ordering experience and the brand's published ordering policies; stock and product information is updated regularly.
Flowers are natural products; even within the same design, there may be slight variations in tone, stem, and level of openness. Vases, pots, or packaging may vary depending on stock availability; the orderer will be informed in advance of any possible changes. The current product description, delivery screen, and order confirmation are the primary sources for making a purchase decision.

Which flower should I choose? I can't decide!
If you know the recipient's favorite type of flower, go for that category (roses, tulips, orchids, peonies, etc.). If not, mixed and colorful bouquets are a safer choice that reduces risk because they don't stick to a single type.
Should I choose a bouquet, a vase arrangement, or flowers in a box?
A bouquet is the classic option, but it needs to be placed in a vase. An arrangement in a vase eliminates the need to search for one. Flowers in a box are the easiest option for transporting and preserving, and they create a great surprise effect.
Is there a separate page for a specific type of flower?
Yes. Each species, such as roses, tulips, orchids, peonies, hydrangeas, hyacinths, and daisies, is presented with more detailed information and color options within its own category; you can access the relevant category from the species guide on this page.
To whom and under what circumstances can I send my flower order?
Flowers can be sent for birthdays, anniversaries, get-well wishes, thank yous, new jobs, and many other occasions. If you know the recipient's taste, you can choose a design specific to that genre; otherwise, a mixed bouquet or vase arrangement is a good option.
How long do flowers last, and how do I care for them?
Vase life varies depending on the type of flower; roses and tulips stay fresh for an average of 5-7 days, while hydrangeas and chrysanthemums last up to 10-14 days. Trimming the stems crosswise every two days and frequently changing the vase water will extend their vase life.
Will my flower order be delivered to Istanbul on the same day?
Same-day delivery is available to all 39 districts of Istanbul, provided there is sufficient stock and courier capacity. Orders placed before 16:00 for Beşiktaş, Şişli, Sarıyer, Beyoğlu, and Kağıthane, and before 14:00 for the other 34 districts can be delivered the same day; delivery times can be selected as 10:00-16:00 or 16:00-20:00.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Flowers are perishable and therefore an exception to the general right of withdrawal. You must submit your cancellation or change request via WhatsApp, phone, or email before your order is prepared and before delivery. Refunds will be credited to your account within 7-10 days, depending on interbank processing times; details can be found in the Frequently Asked Questions and Distance Selling Agreement .
