  • What is the delivery time after placing an order?

By choosing one of our delivery time slots – 10:00-16:00 and 16:00-20:00 – you can place your orders for same-day delivery or for a later date.

  • Do you offer same-day delivery service?

We offer same-day delivery service to all areas of Istanbul. You can place your same-day delivery orders until 16:00 for Beşiktaş, Şişli, Sarıyer, Beyoğlu, and Kağıthane districts, and until 14:00 for other districts.

  • Can I choose a delivery time slot?

Our delivery times are 10:00-16:00 and 16:00-20:00.

  • What areas does your delivery service cover?

We offer same-day delivery to all districts within Istanbul. We are currently unable to provide service to cities outside of Istanbul.

  • Do you ship flowers internationally?

We only deliver flowers within Istanbul. We do not ship internationally.

  • Can I make changes to my order?

You can make any changes to your order before it ships by contacting us via email at [email protected] or through our WhatsApp lines.

  • Can I change my address after placing an order?

If you wish to change your address after placing your order, you can quickly contact us by clicking the chat button located in the order summary section. Alternatively, you can reach us via email at [email protected] , through our WhatsApp lines, or by phone.

  • Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order placed through our website by contacting us before it reaches the "order being prepared" stage.

  • When will I receive a refund for my cancelled order?

Depending on interbank transaction times, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 days.

  • Will the flowers delivered be exactly the same as the ones I ordered?

We always carefully select the most beautiful and freshest flowers of the season for you; however, the flowers and colors in our arrangements may vary depending on the season and design suitability. The vase shape may vary depending on stock availability. In case of any changes, you will be contacted and informed.

  • Can I order custom-designed flowers?

We can create a custom design for you with your desired flowers, colors, and vase options. Our team will be happy to assist you when you contact us.

  • What are your flower care tips?

You can find information about flower care in the articles on our blog page, as well as in the Flower Care section at the bottom of our website.

  • Can I order flowers in a vase?

You can choose one of our vase flower arrangements on our website, or you can order a vase to add to your chosen bouquet.

  • Can I add a personal message to my order?

You will find the card note section in the penultimate step of your order. Here, you can either write your own personal message or choose one of the pre-designed card note templates.

  • What are your payment methods?

You can make your payments by choosing one of the following payment methods: Card Payment, Bank Transfer/EFT, or Garanti PAY. Installment payments are available for all credit cards. (Interest charges will be applied depending on the bank.)

  • What happens if the recipient is not at the address during delivery?

If we cannot find the recipient at the address, we first contact the recipient, and if that is also impossible, we contact the sender. The package is left at a location chosen by the recipient, or postponed to a later date.

  • How can I get my billing information?

You can access our billing information under the Distance Selling Agreement section at the bottom of our website.

  • On which special occasions do you offer promotions?

We have seasonal promotions leading up to special occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Teacher's Day. You can take advantage of these promotions by placing your orders at least one week before the special occasion.

  • How do you guarantee that your flowers are fresh?

Our flowers are sourced both locally and imported, and are replenished daily and weekly.

  • How can I find out if my order has been delivered?

You will receive an email notification when your order has been delivered.

  • Do you offer specialized services for corporate clients?

We are able to offer customized services to meet the specific needs of our corporate clients.
