When is the peony in season, and are they available year-round?
The most important factor affecting the availability of peonies is the season. The natural season is between April and June, with May being the most abundant. September is off-season; peonies in the collection are imported or grown in controlled environments and are available year-round.

A peony bridal bouquet is one of the most sought-after wedding flowers; however, the seasonal and delicate nature of peonies requires a different bouquet planning than other flowers. The following steps will reduce the risk, whether your wedding date is in or out of season.
Compare the wedding date with the season.
Peonies are abundant between April and June. During other months, imports are necessary; if you are planning large bouquets or multiple arrangements (boutonnieres, table decorations), confirm stock availability at least 2-3 weeks in advance.
Choose the shade and the mixed flower.
For a warm and romantic look, choose pink peonies + roses; for a classic and elegant look, opt for a mix of pink peonies + white hydrangeas. Hydrangeas add volume, while roses complement the bouquet during periods when peonies are scarce.
Plan your backup and schedule.
Peonies are delivered in bud form and will open by the wedding day; please arrange the delivery 1-2 days before the wedding to ensure the flowers are in their full form. Specify additional quantities for boutonnières and table decorations in the same order.

Pink Peony Care: 6 Rules for Extending Vase Life
With proper care, peonies stay fresh for 5-8 days; with improper care, they wilt in 2-3 days. For detailed general care instructions, please also check our flower care page.
Choose a firm bud.
Peonies with partially opened, tightly packed buds last longer. Fully opened flowers are visually impressive but have a shorter lifespan.
Choose a cool, shady spot.
Direct sunlight and proximity to radiators will cause flowers to bloom and wilt quickly. A cool, draft-free corner is ideal.
Cut the stems crosswise.
Cutting the stem end diagonally every two days increases water absorption; it's important that the scissors or knife are clean.
Change the water in the vase frequently.
Peonies quickly cloud the water; changing the water every day or two will delay bacterial growth and wilting.
If it takes a while to open, try lukewarm water.
If the bud remains tightly closed, soaking it in warm water for a few hours will speed up the opening process; afterward, it should be moved to cool water.
Keep the leaves away from water.
Leaves below the waterline will rot and spoil the water; the lower leaves should be removed before placing the vase.
If the buds look tight when you receive them, that's normal.

Can I cancel or change my pink peony order?
Flowers are perishable and therefore an exception to the general right of withdrawal. You must submit your cancellation or change request via WhatsApp, phone, or email before your order is prepared and before delivery.
