Information
What does lisianthus mean, and why does it look like a rose?
Lisianthus (Eustoma) is often confused with roses due to its rose-like, double petals; however, it has a thinner stem and carries multiple flower heads on a single stem. It symbolizes elegance and delicacy. Thanks to its long vase life (up to 10 days), it is frequently used in mixed designs with roses, hydrangeas, and cyclamen in collections.
Rose-like appearance
Its delicate, layered petals resemble a rose, but it has a more elegant stem.
Long vase life
With proper care, it can stay fresh for up to 10 days.
Use in mixed media designs
Roses, hydrangeas, and calamus add richness to bouquets.
