Seasonal Note : Tulips are bulbous spring flowers; their peak, most abundant, and most affordable period is between November and April . While available during the summer months, the stems may be shorter and the stock more wavy; during weeks when tulips are unavailable, ranunculus, anemone, or orange rose take over the orange focus. How to Order a Personalized Vase Arrangement with Names?

Add the arrangement to your cart using the order button on this page; you can also choose additional gifts, such as personalized chocolates, if you wish.
Enter the name to be written on the vase.
Enter the name you want written on the vase in the name field on the order form. You can also add your free message in the card note field.
Schedule the delivery.
Select your delivery district, date, and one of the time slots between 10:00–16:00 / 16:00–20:00, then complete your secure payment.
If the Important Name field is left blank, the recipient's name will be written on the vase. If you have a specific preference regarding the writing, color, or placement, you can add it to the order notes or communicate it to us via our WhatsApp line ( +90 534 510 67 77 ).

Same-Day Flower Delivery to Istanbul
Your order is entrusted not to a courier service, but to Ribbon Flowers' own delivery team . Our same-day delivery service in Istanbul covers all 39 districts of the city; the arrangement is delivered freshly prepared to your address within your chosen time slot. Water-sensitive flowers like hydrangeas will remain in contact with a water source during transport.

How to Make Your Tulips Live Longer?
Our vase arrangements are built on special floral foam (oasis) that holds water and nutrients, making them easier to care for than a bouquet. Tulips, however, have a few unique behaviors typical of bulbous flowers — knowing them will significantly extend their lifespan:
- Tulips continue to grow even after being cut. They are one of the only cut flowers that can grow a few centimeters taller and curl towards the light even after being placed in a vase. This is not a flaw, but a sign that they are alive; if you don't want the silhouette to become distorted, rotate the vase a quarter turn each day.
- Refresh the water daily, but don't let the level drop. Check the moisture level of the sponge daily and add water slowly if it has decreased. Tulips are flowers that consume a lot of water; they are the first to react when the humidity decreases.
- Choose a cool spot away from direct sunlight. Bulbous flowers are the most sensitive to heat; radiators, air conditioners, and windowsill sun can cause tulips to bloom and die back in a day. A cooler location can double their lifespan.
- Remove the fruit from the bowl and remove any wilting stems. The ethylene gas released by ripening fruit ages tulips particularly quickly; removing the stems that have reached the end of their life cycle will help the remaining flowers live longer.
With this care, the arrangement will stay fresh for an average of 5-7 days . Tulips are generally the first flowers to reach the end of their life cycle; after they are removed, the lilac side will look beautiful on its own for a few more days. Ribbon Flowers was founded in 2014 in Istanbul by floral designer Buse Üçer as a weekly flower subscription service; today, from our workshop villa in Etiler , together with founding partner and general manager Ömer Üçer, we deliver designer flowers all over Istanbul. Delivery, Cancellation and Return Terms
Freshly prepared on the day of ordering.
The arrangement is not made from stock; it is prepared on the day of delivery in approximately 60 minutes using freshly picked flowers. Seasonal flowers and colors may vary depending on the day's demand; we will contact you in advance if there is any situation that would change the character of the design.
Free cancellation before preparation.
You can cancel your order or change your name/address by contacting us before your order starts being prepared. In case of cancellation, a refund will be processed within 14 days of your request (it usually takes 7-10 days for the refund to appear in your bank account).
Exception to the right of withdrawal for flowers.
Cut flowers are classified as "perishable goods" under the regulations and are therefore not subject to the right of withdrawal after delivery. However, if there is any damage or preparation error in the product, please contact us the same day; compensation is our responsibility.

Do you ship outside of Istanbul or internationally?
No; delivery is currently only available within the Istanbul city limits. You can order from abroad and have it delivered to your loved ones in Istanbul — we also offer English support via our WhatsApp line.
