  • Unwrap the paper and place in a vase. Once the bouquet arrives home, unwrap it and place the stems in a vase filled with clean water.
  • Cut the stems at an angle. Trimming about a finger's width off the ends with a sharp pair of scissors, at an angle, increases water absorption.
  • Refresh the water every two days. When changing the water, rinse the inside of the vase and remove any leaves sitting in the water.
  • Keep away from heat and direct sunlight. Flowers wilt faster near radiators, stoves, and fruit bowls.
