Considering that losing weight, eating healthy, and living a more active and fit life have become a way of life today, there is a lot that can be done in this regard.
At this point, detox waters, one of the most popular drinks of recent times, appear! Of course, our body eliminates harmful toxins over time, but detox waters accelerate this process.

How to Prepare Detox Water?
Detox water can be prepared for many different purposes. For health, to burn fat, to lose weight, to get rid of bloating or just for the taste. The important thing here is to decide what your goal is when starting detox. In this regard, there are many recipes that you can easily prepare at home.

- Detox Water with Lavender and Blueberry
The fragrant scent of lavender and the wonderful taste of blueberries come together! We now know that lavender is good for disorders such as gas and bloating, with its strengthening effects on the nervous, digestive and immune systems.
Put 1-1.5 cups of blueberries into a jug full of cold water. Then add the lavender by eye, keep it in the refrigerator, and serve with ice. For a more intense taste, you can crush some of the blueberries.



- Detox Water with Dandelion, Lemon and Cranberry
Dandelion root, one of the liver's best friends, is consumed especially to relieve the feeling of bloating. As a result of research, it has been revealed that dandelion root contains diuretic and liver detoxification properties. Put 1 glass of cranberries, 1 tablespoon of cranberry juice, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1 piece of dandelion root into a pitcher full of cold water. Keep it in the refrigerator and serve with ice. You can also use dandelion flowers to decorate.
