Which type of pot is suitable for which space?
The choice of pot and basket determines the plant's impact on the space. Ceramic pots look elegant with large plants like yucca, strelitzia, and monstera in modern living rooms; leather pots are suitable for medium-sized plants like schefflera and rubber plants. Concrete pots are ideal for succulent gardens, while wicker and jute baskets are perfect for natural and warm spaces. Ribbon Flowers was founded in 2014 by Buse Üçer in Reşitpaşa as a weekly flower delivery service; today, together with Ömer Üçer, it operates from its workshop in Etiler Bebeköy, serving all of Istanbul with its own courier team. Co-founder Buse Üçer was selected for the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women EMEIA program in 2023. This guide is based on the workshop's twelve years of ordering experience and the brand's published ordering policies; stock and product information is updated regularly.
Flowers are natural products; even within the same design, there may be slight variations in tone, stem, and level of openness. Vases, pots, or packaging may vary depending on stock availability; the orderer will be informed in advance of any possible changes. The current product description, delivery screen, and order confirmation are the primary sources for making a purchase decision.

How do you water plants in a basket?
Plants are usually placed in wicker and jute baskets with an inner pot; it is recommended to ensure that water does not accumulate in the basket after watering.
How are large plants delivered?
Large plants are transported upright and secured by our own courier team; delivery time may be slightly longer for smaller designs.
Will my order of plant design items be delivered to Istanbul the same day?
Same-day delivery is available to all 39 districts of Istanbul, provided there is sufficient stock and courier capacity. Orders placed before 16:00 for Beşiktaş, Şişli, Sarıyer, Beyoğlu, and Kağıthane, and before 14:00 for the other 34 districts can be delivered the same day; delivery times can be selected as 10:00-16:00 or 16:00-20:00.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Flowers are perishable and therefore an exception to the general right of withdrawal. You must submit your cancellation or change request via WhatsApp, phone, or email before your order is prepared and before delivery. Refunds will be credited to your account within 7-10 days, depending on interbank processing times; details can be found in the Frequently Asked Questions and Distance Selling Agreement .
