07 Care Guide

How to Keep the Balloon and Flowers in Good Condition

As the balloon is helium-filled, its volume may shrink over time; the flowers shipped alongside it require separate care to stay fresh.

  • Keep away from direct sunlight. Both the balloon and flowers are negatively affected by heat.
  • Keep away from air conditioning and heaters. Sudden temperature changes shorten their lifespan.
  • Change the flower water regularly. Refresh the vase water every few days.
  • Keep away from sharp objects. Handle with care to avoid popping the balloon.

The accompanying flowers stay fresh for an average of 5-8 days; for more detailed tips, check out our flower care page.
