The shape of the bouquet should complement the silhouette of the wedding dress, not clash with it. The following matching is a general starting point.

The most frequently used flowers in the collection are roses, orchids, peonies, hydrangeas, lisianthus, and cyclamen; the color palette is dominated by white, pastel pink, and cream tones.
White rose and orchid
The most classic and timeless combination; available year-round and compatible with every wedding dress style.
Pink peony
Romantic and layered appearance; its natural season is April-June, outside of the season it is imported.
White gala and hydrangea
It complements roses and peonies for a voluminous and full look; it stands out prominently in photographs.
Groom's boutonnière
A boutonnière made with the same flowers and colors as the bridal bouquet completes the visual harmony of the couple; many designs offer it as a set.
Timing
When should a bridal bouquet be ordered?
Since the wedding date is fixed, timing is critical when choosing the bridal bouquet.
Finalize the design at least 2-3 weeks before the wedding.
For designs featuring seasonal flowers like peonies, early decision-making is crucial for stock confirmation.
Add the boutonnière and accessories to the same order.
Color and flower coordination is guaranteed when additional items such as the groom's boutonnière and bridesmaid bouquets are coordinated in a single order.
Schedule the delivery for the morning of the wedding day.
To ensure the flowers are used in their freshest state, delivery should be scheduled for the hours immediately preceding the ceremony.

Since the wedding date is fixed, timing is critical for the bridal bouquet. Ribbon Flowers does not use standard shipping; they deliver bouquets with their own courier team, planning the delivery for the morning of the delivery day.

Things to note during delivery
- Since the wedding date is fixed, it is recommended to order designs containing large or out-of-season flowers 2-3 weeks in advance.
- Plan the delivery address (bride preparation venue) and time to coincide with a time slot prior to the ceremony.
- The boutonnière and accessories must be specified in the same order.
- If the recipient is not found at the address, the recipient is contacted first, then the sender; the package is left with instructions or postponed to a later date.

Ribbon Flowers was founded in 2014 by Buse Üçer in Reşitpaşa as a weekly flower delivery service; today, together with Ömer Üçer, it operates from its workshop in Etiler Bebeköy, serving all of Istanbul with its own courier team. Co-founder Buse Üçer was selected for the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women EMEIA program in 2023. This guide is based on the workshop's twelve years of ordering experience and the brand's published ordering policies; stock and product information is updated regularly.
Flowers are natural products; even within the same design, there may be slight variations in tone, stem, and level of openness. Vases, pots, or packaging may vary depending on stock availability; the orderer will be informed in advance of any possible changes. Same-day delivery is available to all 39 districts of Istanbul, provided there is sufficient stock and courier capacity. Orders placed before 16:00 for Beşiktaş, Şişli, Sarıyer, Beyoğlu, and Kağıthane, and before 14:00 for the other 34 districts can be delivered the same day; delivery times can be selected as 10:00-16:00 or 16:00-20:00.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Flowers are perishable and therefore an exception to the general right of withdrawal. You must submit your cancellation or change request via WhatsApp, phone, or email before your order is prepared and before delivery. Refunds will be credited to your account within 7-10 days, depending on interbank processing times; details can be found in the Frequently Asked Questions and Distance Selling Agreement .
