About the Event

The ISF (International Seed Federation) World Seed Congress is one of the most important international congress events of the year, bringing together leading figures in the global seed industry. Held in Istanbul in 2025, this congress hosted participants from over 60 countries worldwide. With the theme "Discovering Bold Horizons," Sakata Seed Corporation strongly demonstrated its corporate presence at the event.

Registration Desk Arrangement

The registration area, where participants are first greeted, is the showcase of an event. The ribbon flower arrangements we placed along the long registration desk, featuring shades of pink, cream, and light lilac, created a warm and professional welcome atmosphere for participants. Our compositions, in harmony with the event's color theme, seamlessly integrated with the congress's corporate identity. Mini globe arrangements, also featuring the same flower selection, were prepared for the cocktail tables.

Podium Side Arrangement

Our composition, positioned next to the podium where the speakers took the stage, achieved both aesthetic and functional balance. Our tall, vertical arrangement interacted with the stage lights, providing a rich backdrop for photos and videos. The natural yellow-green tones harmonized with the overall corporate atmosphere of the stage.
