BEGUM KHAN X RIBBON
Begum Khan's magical world of flowers, "Begüm's Botanical Garden," has come to life with Ribbon flowers.
Inspired by the newest additions to our collection, our floral installations adorn the product display areas, while our flower workshop has created personalized brooches for guests to welcome spring.
For the event where jewelry designer Begüm Kıroğlu introduced the new additions to her beloved "Begum's Botanical Garden" collection under her brand Begum Khan, we prepared a special installation and workshop.
The brand's diverse product selection created with flowers has been our greatest inspiration. The harmony between the flowers, which also house insects—another leading element in Begüm Khan's jewelry—led us to utilize different reflections, colors, and forms of nature, resulting in unique presentations.
Paying attention to the harmony between jewelry designs and flowers, we selected flowers that would also complement the brand's corporate colors. We wanted the showcase displaying the new designs to perfectly represent Begum's Botanical Garden.
At the event held at the BEGUM KHAN store in Nişantaşı, we prepared a special presentation for the jewelry display case using fuchsia and pink carnations. We placed round neon pink platforms among the flowers on which the jewelry would be displayed.
Inside the store, we created an installation by painting gerbera and anthurium flowers and dried leaves onto leaf-shaped objects that Begüm Kıroğlu brought from Bangkok.
In the workshop area, there was a special flower tarot prepared for the guests. Cards were prepared for different personas, and the person who best matched their personality traits chose the flower that appeared on their card, and then a brooch was made using that flower.
The cards, which featured character traits such as cheerful, strong, and dreamy, included flowers like daisies, roses, and lotuses that represented these traits. Guests chose a few cards and created lovely combinations with our flowers.
We created elegant boutonniers by combining the selected flowers with special ribbons from the RIBBON and BEGUM KHAN brands. This enjoyable workshop, which gave the feeling of a delightful flower tarot game, captivated the participants.
At the event hosted by Begüm Kıroğlu, our RIBBON founder Buse Bayraktar Üçer led both the installations and the workshop.
In this unique collaboration, the brooches we created, inspired by the language of flowers, became the sweetest way to welcome spring.
In our workshop area, which was enlivened by the cheerful and delightful choices of our guests, we felt the beauty of sharing dreams with flowers. The combination of Begum Khan jewelry and our lapel brooches made with RIBBON flowers created huge smiles on everyone's faces. The table we filled with flowers in the workshop area turned into a colorful photo corner for our guests at the event.
Seeing once again how our flowers evoke feelings of happiness and excitement has given us new inspiration.
