07 Care Guide

Extending the Life of Your Balloon

A few simple precautions are enough to keep your flying heart balloon looking its best.

  • Keep away from direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to sunlight may fade its color.
  • Protect from sharp surfaces. Keep it away from sharp objects to prevent puncturing.
  • Store in a cool place. Overly hot environments can reduce the balloon's inflation.
  • Handle with care. When transporting in a vehicle, make sure to secure it properly.

For the flowers sent alongside your balloon to stay fresh for an average of 5-8 days, check out our flower care guide.
