07 Care Guide

How to Care for Lucky Bamboo?

By following a few simple rules, you can help your lucky bamboo stay vibrant for a long time.

  • Change the water regularly. Refresh the water in the vase weekly to keep the root area clean.
  • Protect it from direct sunlight. Intense sunlight can cause the leaves to yellow, so choose a partially shaded spot.
  • Make sure the roots stay in water. The roots should always be in contact with water, so don't let the water level drop too low.
  • Remove yellowing leaves. Regularly trim away yellowed or dried leaves to keep the plant looking its best.

With proper care, your lucky bamboo can stay fresh for weeks instead of the usual 5-8 days; for more tips, check out our flower care page.
