- What is the delivery time after placing an order?
You can place your orders for same-day delivery or for a later date by choosing one of our delivery hours between 10:00-16:00 and 16:00-20:00.
- Do you offer same-day delivery service?
We have same-day delivery service to every point in Istanbul. You can place your same-day delivery orders until 16:00 for Beşiktaş, Şişli, Sarıyer, Beyoğlu, Kağıthane regions and until 14:00 for other regions.
- Can I choose a delivery time range?
Our delivery hours are 10:00-16:00 and 16:00-20:00.
- Which areas does your delivery area cover?
We have same-day delivery to all districts in Istanbul. We cannot currently provide service to cities outside of Istanbul.
- Do you send flowers abroad?
We can only send flowers within Istanbul. We do not ship abroad.
- Can I make changes to my order?
You can make changes to your order by contacting us via our [email protected] e-mail address or our WhatsApp lines before your order is shipped.
- Can I change my address after placing an order?
If you want to change your address after placing your order, you can quickly contact us by clicking on our chat button that greets you at the order summary step. Or, you can reach us regarding the subject via our [email protected] e-mail address, WhatsApp lines or our contact number.
You can cancel your order by contacting us before your order is prepared on our website.
- When is my canceled order refunded?
Your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 days depending on the interbank transaction period.
- Will the flowers delivered be exactly the same as the flowers I ordered?
We always carefully select the most beautiful and fresh flowers of the season for you, however, the flowers and colors of our arrangements may vary depending on the season and design suitability. The shape of the vase may vary depending on the stock status. In case of a possible change, you will be contacted and informed.
- Can I order custom design flowers?
We can prepare a special design for you with the flowers, colors and vase alternatives you want. When you contact us, our team will be happy to help you in this regard.
- What are your flower care suggestions?
You can review the Flower Care tab at the bottom of our website. You can also access information about flower care from the articles on our blog page.
- Can I order flowers with vases?
You can choose one of our vase flower arrangements on our website or order a vase in addition to the bouquet you have selected.
- Can I add a personal message to my order?
You will find the card note field in the penultimate step of your order. In this field, you can write your own personal message or choose one of the Ready Card Notes prepared for you.
- What are your payment methods?
You can make your payments by choosing one of the payment methods of Card Payment, Money Order/EFT, Garanti PAY. You can make installments to all credit cards. (The interest rate will be reflected to you in the banks.)
- What happens if the recipient is not at the address during delivery?
In cases where we cannot find the recipient at the address, the recipient is first contacted, and if not, the sender is contacted. It is left in an area where it can be received upon his/her direction or postponed to a later date.
- How can I get invoice information?
You can access our invoice information from the Distance Sales Agreement tab at the bottom of our website.
- On which special days do you offer campaigns?
We have campaigns that change periodically before all special days such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Teacher's Day. You can benefit from these campaigns by placing your orders at least one week before special days.
- How do you guarantee that your flowers are fresh?
Our flowers are supplied locally and imported and are refreshed daily and weekly.
- How can I find out when my order has been delivered?
You will receive an information e-mail when your order is delivered.
- Do you offer special services for corporate customers?
We can offer special services to our corporate customers according to their needs.
