Bach Flower Therapy Bach flowers are a healing method developed by the English Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930s. Edward Bach developed this therapy method based on the philosophy that "Being healthy means being in harmony with our soul" and believed that every physical ailment actually has a mental disorder at its core. Bach first sought a solution in nature for the treatment of physical ailments that could be caused by negative emotions such as fear, helplessness, indecision, insecurity, loss of joy of life and self-confidence, and as a result of his years of work, he found 38 flowers used in this treatment based on homeopathy. There are 38 cures related to this. These are divided into 38 different groups and have qualities that constitute a spiritual and different emotional structure. Flowers and their brief descriptions are given in Table 1. Of course, the success of the therapy depends on a good understanding of the person's mood and state of mind and the selection of the right flower essences. It should not be forgotten that this is not a medicine. The content is for informational purposes only, and a doctor must be consulted for diagnosis and treatment.
